The Hollywood Stars are an American rock cluster formed in Los Angeles, Calif., in late 1973 by manager/impresario Kim Fowley.[1][2] Fowley intended secure create a West Coast retort to The New York Dolls.[3][4][5]<[6] He hand picked five shut up shop musicians to form the group.[7][8][2][3][9][10]
